EU and UK – Bottled Allocations

A new application period has been opened for exporters who either did not apply during the original period or were unsuccessful in their bottled quota application.

Application Period:
01 March 2026 – 22 March 2026

This window applies only to Bottled Quota (2204.21).

Applicants must submit a new application on Wine Online. Previous applications cannot be reactivated, amended, or continued.

Applications must be submitted electronically via:
Documentation ? Documents ? Applications ? Quota Permit ? New

All supporting documentation and proof of payment must be uploaded on Wine Online. No physical submissions are required.

Permit Fee: R1 700 per bottled quota permit
