WINE ONLINE REGISTRATION
Wine Online Registration Process To register for access to the Wine Online system, please complete and return the applicable forms listed below to AdrieN@dalrrd.gov.za. A total of 6 forms are currently used, depending on the nature of your business. These forms apply to various types of stakeholders in the wine export/import chain, including exporters, importers, producers, freight agents, laboratories, and more. Required Forms and Information Business Registration: This form must be completed by any business entity that needs to be registered on Wine Online. This includes exporters, importers, producers, freight forwarders, laboratories, etc. User Registration: Individuals from your business who require access to Wine Online. Each user will receive a unique username and login credentials once registered. Foreign Bottler Registration: Required only if you export bulk wine. Provide details of the foreign bottling company. Importer Agent Registration Importer authorisation to an agent or third party to perform actions on their behalf within Wine Online. Consignee Registration Consignee information to whom your company exports products. Warehouse Registration Warehouses where export containers are loaded or imported goods stored.
